All items dispatched to addresses located within the United Kingdom will be sent using parcelforce international. Items generally take between 5 - 7 working days to arrive after dispatchment. Will will issue you with a tracking number for your items (upon request) and you can check the status of your parcel at any time by visiting the parcelforce website
EUROPE & ROI
for addresses located within Europe and the Republic of Ireland, shipping usually takes between 5 - 7 working days after dispatchment. We will issue you with a tracking number (upon request) and you can track your order via your local express post company. To find your local express post company please visit www.ems.post/operators
USA / CANADA
For addresses located within the USA and Canada, shipping usually takes between 4 - 6 working days after the item has been successfully dispatched. We will issue you with a tracking number (upon request) and you can track your order via USPS (USA)
Canadian customers can track their orders via CanadaPost
AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND
For addresses located in Australia and New Zealand, Shipping generally takes between 2 - 4 working days after successful dispatchment. A tracking number will be supplied to you (upon request) and you can use this to track the status of your order via Express Courier International / AusPost.
For customers from New Zealand, your order will be dispatched via New Zealand Post Limited
REST OF WORLD
For addresses located everywhere else outside Europe, North America and Oceania, your item should take between 6 - 8 working days. A tracking number will be issued (upon request) and you can use this to track the status of your item via your local express post service. Returns & Exchanges
By shopping at www.shell-toes.com you agree to our Exchange/Refund policy and are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item with USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned.
If the item is damaged or faulty, we will replace it with a new one and all shipping charges will be paid by us. Please note that this condition applies to damaged/faulty goods only and does not apply to errors in sizing.
if you have chosen the wrong size, you may return the item to us for an exchange however, all of the postage costs incurred are to be bourne by the customer (including the cost of returning from us back to you). The return address is dependant upon the country of dispatchment and will be issued in the event of a return / exchange.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs). Once again, under these circumstances, any postage fees incurred will be bourne by the buyer. Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com
90% of the time, you should not be charged for the receipt of your item as the cost of the item (including shipping) is lower than the minimum tax threshold. However, if your item incurres any form of customs charge, please contact us within 7 days of notification from your local customs/tax office and provide evidence of the charges and we will gladly refund any charges you incur.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders. Once your parcel arrives you can refuse the delivery or send the goods back to us for a full refund (shipping is excluded).
It is not possible to subsequently change sizes or colors of items, or to add or delete items. Please place a new order with us at www.shell-toes.com
Placing a telephone order or ordering by email/post/fax is not possible.

We recommend that you register an account with us during the order process, you will then be able to follow the status of your order via your account. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and also when your order has been dispatched. The dispatchment e-mail will include your tracking information which will enable you to track your order online and view your estimated delivery time via your local courier / postal service (See "Shipping" above for more information)
